outro sonho começou... Dia 18 de janeiro viajamos de Salvador a Recife...foram 12 horas de viagem em ônibus... Ao chegar a gente jantou, ficamos cansados demais então fomos pra o hotel esperando chegar um novo dia especial...

Ao acordar as 8:00 a gente tomou café da manha e depois as 9:00 a gente foi pra Porto de Galinhas, uma das praias mais bonitas no Brasil. Nós ficamos na praia, compramos lembranças. A praia é bonita- plano, com águas azuis e verdes, com areia suave e quente. Maré alta, com o clima quente com muito sol- então, a praia estava cheia de gente de várias raças diferentes. As 3:00 da tarde, a gente foi caminhar no mar, com barcos pequenos então nós pudemos avistar os arrecifes, onde tinha as piscinas naturais com peixes bonitos e graças a Deus não tinha tubarão! Nós podíamos alimentar os peixinhos nas nossas mãos!!! Uhul!:) depois nós voltamos no hotel... Todos vermelhinhos!!Que lindos!! A gente tomo banho e as 7:00 fomos jantar, e a dormir!!!

O dia 20 começou bem cedo com o café da manha super gostoso ohh siim! A gente fez city tour pela maravilhosa cidade de Olinda... Uma cidade histórica com muitas lindas igrejas, nós tentamos dançar frevo com uns meninos que realmente sabem.
Depois a gene foi pra o museu de Francisco Brennan - arte moderna. Depois nós voltamos no hotel, tomamos os banhos, e fomos pra o restaurante pra um jantar legal. E ai fomos pra shopping Recife, onde nós compramos mais lembranças e algumas pessoas assistiram filmes no cinema. Nós gostamos muito de Recife!

Another dream began on january 18th as we arrived in recife after driving all day by bus from the city of salvador. We arrived in recife at night, and arrived at the hotel after eating dinner out, excited for the new day of adventures to come.

On the morning of the 19th, we rose at 8 am, and after breakfast left at 9 am by bus to go to “porto de galinhas,” (port of the chickens), one of the most beautiful beaches in brazil. We sunbathed on the flat, lovely, soft sanded and warm beach for most of the day, also visiting the adjorning town to buy souvenirs. At 3 in the afternoon, we borded little boats that took us out to the reefs, where we were able to swim in naturally made pools within the reeves themselves, filled with exotic fish that we fed out of our own hands. Thank heavens, we had no shark visitors! That evening we returned to the hotel, showered, went out to a nice dinner, and back to the hotel to sleep.

On the 20th, we woke up early and started the historical city tour of recife/olinda, filled with tropical and quaint churches from colonial times. It was unbelievably hot. We witnessed a performance of olinda´s carnival dancers, with their own unique style of dance, reminicent of a circus show. That afternoon we visited the modern museum of art/francisco bonetche in recife, and ground zero. Afterward, we returned to the hotel to recoop before going out to dinner and to the mall of recife, where some of us saw movies at the cinema.

That night we returned to the hotel and slept, preparing for a long day of driving to come.
